Delivery & Self-Collection

LessGo will take 1-3 working days* to process your order after the payment has been verified.

*Working days exclude Weekends and Public Holidays

Local Courier Delivery

Local courier delivery is free for orders above $60 in a single receipt, otherwise, it is chargeable at $3.50 per order. Delivery takes 1-3 working days.

• In the event of  a failed delivery, the courier company will re-deliver over the next 1-2 working days (up to 2 re-delivery attempts). 
• LessGo will not be liable for any missing parcel for orders made under Local Courier Delivery that are successfully delivered to your location of choice.

Self-Collection

You may collect your order at our stockist, REFASH The Centrepoint, address and collection hours as below. You will be notified via email or SMS when your order is ready for collection.

Collection Hours: Daily 11AM - 9PM

All self-collect orders will be kept in our store for a maximum of 10 days from the date you are notified that your order is ready for collection. Any item(s) not collected within 10 days will be cleared and will not be available for collection thereafter.
