Returns & Exchanges

Note: We are excited to be officially launching our LessGo offline store(s) later this year! LessGo's return & exchange policy applies to our online store and upcoming physical store launching this year, excluding stockist purchases.

 

At LessGo, we’re all about embracing sustainable fashion—choosing pieces that not only make you look good but also feel good and do good! If an item doesn’t work out or there’s an issue with your order, you can now easily submit a return or exchange request through our self-serve portal here (for online purchases) or head down to our offline store(s) (for offline purchases). Please note that only requests meeting the eligibility criteria outlined below will be processed.


To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must first meet the following conditions:

  • Return or Exchange request must be submitted within 14 days of:
    • receiving your order (if purchased via our online store); or
    • sale (if purchased at any of our offline stores)
  • Item must be:
    • unwashed and unworn
    • in its original packaging with its original tag still attached
    • not bought through Buy 1 Get 1 Free offers or any promotions that provide free item(s)

 

Assuming your item meets the above conditions, the following options are available to you: 


Terms of Returns:

  1. Return Fee & Costs: You will be responsible for all applicable postal fees, customs duties and taxes incurred for returning the items.  If you are returning the item due to it being defective, please contact our customer service team who arrange for the return of such item or alternatively you can return the item in-person at the address set out below.

  2. Return Method: You can return the item in-person at our stockist, REFASH The Centrepoint or via post to:

    Return Hours: Daily 11AM - 9PM
    Note: Please ensure you include your name, contact number and order number in your return parcel

  3. Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt, order confirmation ID, or transaction details must be provided for us to process your return request. We reserve the right to decline your request if you cannot provide the required proof of purchase or no record of your purchase exists in our system.

  4. Inspection of Items: All items submitted for returns will undergo inspection to ensure they meet the eligibility criteria before processing.

  5. Refund Amount: You will be refunded based on the actual amount you paid for the item. Where any promo codes or discounts were applied, such discounted amounts will not be reimbursed.

  6. Refund Method: Cash refund for the item, less SGD5.00 restocking fee.

 

Terms of Exchange: 

  1. Exchange Location: If you are exchanging the item due to it being defective, please contact our customer service team who arrange for the exchange of such item or alternatively you can exchange the item in-person at any of our offline stores. If you are exchanging the item for any other reason, please head down to any of our offline stores to process such exchange.

  2. Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt, order confirmation ID, or transaction details must be provided for us to process your exchange request. We reserve the right to decline your request if you cannot provide the required proof of purchase or no record of your purchase exists in our system.
  3. Inspection of Items: All items submitted for exchange will undergo inspection to ensure they meet the eligibility criteria before processing.

  4. For Defective Items: exchanges can only be made for the exact item (e.g. same size, colour, or model). If the exact item is out-of-stock or unavailable in your required size, you may exchange it for another item.

  5. For Change of Mind: exchanges can be made for any other item.

  6. For All Exchanged Items: where exchange is for a lower-value item, no refunds or reimbursements will be provided for the value difference. Where exchange is for a higher-value item, you must top-up the value difference

  7. All exchanges are final and cannot be returned or exchanged again.
